The Solis is an all-new offering by Winnebago in the Class B category. The Solis is built on the Ram ProMaster® chassis and is designed to adapt to any adventure or budget. Below are answers to some of the frequently asked questions we get from customers about the 2020 Winnebago Solis.
Is the Solis Gas or Diesel?
The 2020 Winnebago Solis is gas-powered and built on the Ram ProMaster® chassis. A 280-hp, 3.6L V6 engine provides a great balance of power and fuel efficiency. On average the Solis gets 16mpg, but this can be more or less depending on the terrain and load capacity.
What makes the Solis different from the Travato?
While both the Solis and Travato are built on the Ram Promaster chassis, there are quite a few differences. The biggest difference is the Pop-top sleeping area on the Solis. The Pop-top features a FROLI® Sleep System and is built to comfortably sleep two. The Solis is built on the 2500 Promaster chassis and is slightly smaller than the Travato which is on the 3500 Promaster chassis.
What floor plan options are available?
The Winnebago Solis is currently available in one floor plan option (59P). The 59P floor plan seats and sleeps 4 people. Sleeping accommodations consist of a rear 59″ x 77″ Murphy Bed and a 52″ x 79″ Pop-top. The Solis 59P features a kitchen and wet bath to provide all the essentials needed for any adventure.
What Interior and Exterior options are available?
The Winnebago Solis is available in one interior decor option called ‘Nomad’. The Nomad decor features Tan Ultraleather seating, dark flooring, and light-colored wood cabinetry. Two exterior color options are available – White and Deep Cherry Red.
