Colonial RV’s number one priority is excellent customer service. We do everything in our power to go above and beyond for our customers and we enjoy hearing positive reviews! Below are a few reviews from our much appreciated customers:

“From our 1st phone call, October 2014 maybe earlier, to our Airstream orientation on Feb 10th 2015, every step of our purchasing experience has been GREAT. The product knowledge from everyone on the Colonial Team has been awesome. It all started with our sales rep Lauren. She was so helpful on my 1st phone call, answering all of our questions. The service team was also great, as they had lined up everything for our delivery that we needed. And then two days later when we had forgotten a lot of things, helped us on the phone with getting our awning up. I also meant to mention that our trailer was spotless on pickup day, it was gorgeous. The whole process was perfect. I’d hate to be working for their competitors. Also worth mentioning is how nicely it trailered over those 1400 miles home! Hardly knew it was back there and our gas mileage was only down 3 tenths…” – Jon Liversedge

“Relaxed, friendly, no pressure best describe my experience at Colonial RV. Their web site told me they had in stock the model I wanted (Winnebago ERA 70A). I had seen this model at a couple of RV shows, but because of the crowds, wasn’t able to check it out top to bottom. At Colonial, I had the freedom to open every cabinet, compartment, drawer and appliance, look under the vehicle and in the engine compartment on my own. I was able to similarly inspect all the other display units, both new and used. This uninterrupted inspection confirmed my original choice as the model I wanted and that their display unit had the specific floor plan and interior/exterior appointments I preferred. After more than an hour touring the display lot, I entered the showroom. David Starin, the General Manager, was the only one there. I asked what the unit I was interested in sold for. He gave me a reasonable ball park figure. We discussed my trade and again, without seeing my RV, he gave me a reasonable ball park figure. Bob Hensinger, one of the main salesmen came around and introduced himself. At that point I said I wasn’t ready to make a commitment, but would like to test drive “my” unit before making a decision. They both said fine, just give a call when I wanted to go for a drive. A couple of weeks later I made the call and arranged the drive. Afterward, Bob and I discussed price a bit more. The big Pennsylvania RV show was happening that week, so I told Bob before I made a decision, I wanted to go to the show to see if there was anything new I hadn’t seen from any other manufacturer. When I got home, I checked all the Class B manufacturer web sites again, but saw nothing new. The next morning, I received a call from David, who was working at the RV show. He made me an offer I knew I couldn’t beat, so I accepted. I continued on to attend the RV show, however. After looking at all the Class B and B+ models, including three from a new manufacturer, I found David at the Airstream display and told him I made the right decision and was thoroughly pleased with my new ERA. Throughout this process, I never felt pressured to hurry up and/or buy. On pickup day, I received an hour long walkthrough on all features of the RV, inside and out and was introduced to the Service and Parts Department staffs. I can confidently recommend Colonial RV. They have been a pleasure to work with.” – Michael Cottenier

“Colonial is rated #1 for good reason. Many Airstream owners, like us, are comfortable enough to make our purchase over the phone. People we’ve met here in New England were willing to drive the 4 hours or more to purchased there because of the reputation they have justly earned. We know the price will be a fair one. Anything preowned will be gone through by real experts. Any problem that may arise will be taken care of ASAP. We have owned airstreams for 6 years. A CO2 alarm went funny in the first (a pre owned Bambi) Colonial sent a new one immediately at no cost. In 2011 we purchased a new International 25. The Service department fit our New tow vehicle with a hitch and “fine tuned” it to the camper. Lastly, the superstars Lauren and Patrick! I doubt there is anyone that knows more about their product. They are so friendly and interested in understanding your needs and taking whatever time is necessary to put you in your perfect camper. We travelled from MA. with 2 terriers knowing we could spend the night there in our new Airstream. How nice is THAT.” – Janice & Dick Gilley

“If I could check more than 5 stars – I would. After extensive research online, my partner told me pricing on used ones so I suggested we buy new. I called Colonial Airstream, Lauren answered. She told me the specific model I inquired about was in stock, onsite and available, answered some questions and transferred me to the Finance guy – David. within a week, Andrea & I drove from Boston to New Jersey with our 2 dogs, inspected the 19′ Bambi International we were interested in and bought it. Billy (service) stayed very late to get us 100% set-up, connected and thoroughly trained on hitching up. Lauren had already done a thorough job of explaining everything inside. Then we drove home. SIMPLE. EASY. PAINLESS. FUN experience. We have called Bill Hofer, Lauren Waltz and Patrick Botticelli many times in 8 years for a myriad of reasons regardless of what state or time zone we were in. Always, with no exception – they have been tremendously helpful, positive, and knowledgeable. We have always been able to depend on them – just as we can depend on our Airstream. We love our Airstream and love the fact that we can contact Lauren, Patrick or Bill and know they will always help us out, give us the skinny on anything we inquire about and always do so with sincerity, honesty and interest. Best product out there, best people do do business with! We have lived in several states in the USA. We ONLY recommend people contact Colonial when we are asked about our 19′ Bambi because of their unparalleled customer service, honesty and positive attitudes. Not to mention – they continue to have the best prices in the country. If you want an Airstream or need customer service – there is only1 call to make and 1 place to visit – COLONIAL AIRSTREAM!!!!!” – Ryan & Andrea.
