We had a really nice experience with the team from the day I made an inquiry online all the way to the day we left the premise in our new class B. Everyone from Colonial RV is super responsive be it a random question or needing a workaround to unique personal situations. I loved that the team was willing to put everything in emails + photos and went out of their way to support us. So easy to work with. They have a really nice overnight area too!

We recently bought a Winnebago Revel from Colonial RV. Every single person we can in contact with whether it was in passing or if they helped us with our sale was amazing. I would recommend them yo anyone who is shopping for an RV. Very satisfied customer.

They have a great showroom and they deliver an enjoyable shopping and buying experience. I know I got the best price too.

I will have to report back in a year on their after sale service.

Edit 1: Had a small problem come up with the heating system (after 600 hrs of use). I called the Winnebago coach-net 24/7 support number and we had it fixed over the phone in about 20 minutes. A++

Edit 2: It's been six months and the honeymoon is definitely over. Heater no longer works at all (and no hot water), battery doesn't charge by alternator anymore, a problem with the awning, and the first available appointment for warranty repairs is over a month out.

Edit 3: They got me in early because of a cancellation. In two hours they had diagnosed everything - unfortunately they'll need to order some parts so I'll have to come back. The service experience though was first rate. So yeah back to five stars 😊

Colonial RV was, by far, the best RV dealer we visited in the NJ/PA region during our search for a new Class C motorhome. Excellent dealership with knowledgeable, courteous and trustworthy sales and service team. Visited with Kristen Vielma numerous times over several months as she helped us narrow down our decision. No pressure whatsoever to purchase at any time during the process. We finally ordered our Winnebago Spirit in March 2023 and took delivery in December 2023. Delivery and closing went smoothly and entirely as expected, with no surprises. We highly recommend that anyone considering a purchase of a Winnebago or Airstream RV visit with the team at Colonial RV/Airstream.

What a great experience all throughout the purchase and pick of of our 2025 EKKO. Ist class all the way. We where coming from the sailing world and searched for a RV. Luckily we found Colonial RV where we bought a Navion 24J. Special was our situation as we are Swiss citizens with regard to the paperwork. Kristen and the team in Colonial RV helped us to manouve around all the paperwork hurdles. All in all we had a very good and professional experience. So you want to buy a RV, this is a good place to go.

Our new 2022 Winnebago Adventurer is our 7th RV in 14 years and, like the other rigs, had a few problems that required professional repair.

A critical element of RV ownership is a good relationship with a mindful and attentive service center. Of course, the ultimate test of any relationship is when there is a problem. So, I am quite pleased to advise we have a great relationship with Colonial RV.

Though we did not purchase our Adventurer from Colonial they made us feel like part of the family. Our service advisor, Erica, did a stellar job managing our repairs and upgrades. She and other members of the service staff made us feel our coach was in good hands, which, of course, it was.

Of all the dealers and service centers we have dealt with over the years, Colonial RV is a breath of fresh air! The facility is gorgeous with a modern look and feel and a very roomy lot. The showroom is heavenly with a luxurious waiting area. Looks like a very comfortable place to work which is good for both the staff and customers.

Though there were some twists and turns with our repairs (mostly waiting for parts) Erica proactively managed our expectations and kept us readily advised of the status.

All the warranty repairs and upgrades at Colonial RV were good quality. Given the new realities and complexities of RV ownership in Zombieland these days, it’s comforting to have a safe harbor like Colonial RV when we need service or repair of our beloved Winnie!
