Owners John and Jim Lenzo break ground on the 12.5-acre site in Millstone Township, New Jersey. Colonial Airstream is proud to be bringing positive growth and new employment opportunities to this beautiful community.

Phase one of construction begins on this beautiful architectural project. The steel beams of the stand-alone service area are put into place, where service bays large enough to accommodate the largest Class A motorhomes will be fitted with state-of-the art equipment.

A crane is used to lower the steel structure’s beams into position, where our brand new RV service center will grace the rear section of the property.

Concrete blocks are delivered which will form the walls of the structure. The first sections of the walls are being set into place, which will house this 2-story, open and spacious complex.

The walls are beginning to take shape, as well as additional steel structures which form the roof and various other architectural elements.

Massive sections of PVC piping are being delivered daily.

Scaffolding is set in place while workers assemble the buildings. Doorways are being installed, as well as various other structural items.

The main structure is starting to take shape. Steel beams are in place on the 2-story showroom, sales department, and administration offices.
