First on our list is an RV park right in our own backyard, Jackson New Jersey. The Indian Rock RV Resort has been working hard to meet criticism from its past by cleaning up the campgrounds regularly and updating some of the amenities, like the sewer lines in 2017.
Often, your travel trailer or motorhome is going to be on a dirt or sand surface, and your campground is going to require you to back into your site. You’ll get a full hook up, 30 and 50 AMP electric, sewer, and water. There are modern amenities like Wi-Fi and service for major cell phone carriers, such as AT&T, Version, Sprit and T-Mobile.
Indian Rock RV Resort has campsite features like a picnic table, fire ring, pool access, a playground, and a recreation room. There is no fishing, but outdoors enthusiasts will be able to enjoy the recreational trails. There is an area for your pets, restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities.

Philadelphia South KOA (formerly Timberland Campground),

The Timberlane Campground was recently acquired by the KOA system of campgrounds and renamed the Philadelphia South KOA. As far as RV parks go, this one is a well-wooded park with a large pond featuring a fountain and picnic island.
There are many family activities spread around the campground. This RV park is located in a more suburban area than you’d find most RV campgrounds, which means the surrounding area has less exciting places to explore.
You’ll be staying on a gravel pull-through site more than likely, with a fire ring, picnic table, or patio. The campground has full hookups for electric (50 AMP or 30 AMP), sewer, water, cable, Wi-Fi and coverage for all major cell phone providers.

The Hospitality Creek Campground in Williamstown New Jersey is sure to be a family favorite. It’s a kid-friendly RV park, with a variety of outdoor activities.

The Seashore Campsites & RV Resort in Cape May is another great, family friendly RV park in NJ. You’ll be on pull-through gravel campground that’s long enough for a motorhome and a tow vehicle. There are campsites which are easy to access with plenty of family activities.
You’ll be able to enjoy a clean pool and cabin rentals and a variety of shaded areas. It can be difficult for dog owners, as most of the camp is asphalt or gravel, but there is an area for you to take your pets. The Seashore Campsites & RV Resort allows for group camping and big rig access.
The RV park has full hookup for electric, sewer, water, cable and internet while providing service for all major cell phone carriers. The Great Divide Campground

Some have claimed that The Great Divide Campground is the greatest campground in NJ. With a helpful staff, large number of outdoor activities, and free kayak rentals it’s not hard to see why.
While there is no pull through, the campground does have full hookups for electric (30 AMP), sewer, water, cable, and internet. The RV park is family and pet friendly with a variety of outdoor activities, like boating, fishing, hiking, horseshoes, and playgrounds.
While the reviews for this campground are generally very good, there are some negative aspects of this site to mention. There have been reports of narrow roads, a large number of pot holes, and hilly with mostly unpaved roads
